For all chocolate lovers (myself included), Bethesda Chocolates offers another sweet spot in downtown Bethesda.
Owner, Heather Giuli, has always been drawn to chocolate since youth, and her passion developed further while spending a semester in Brussels where she fell in love with confections all over again.
The shop offers a range of house-made specialty sweets made from fair-trade chocolate, including dark, white and milk. Products include molded hearts and champagne bottles, chocolate-dipped Oreos, Hot chili ganache, and a winter cluster that has pecans, cranberries and caramel. The shop also sells coffee and a delicious made-from-scratch hot chocolate.
With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, Bethesda Chocolates is the perfect go-to for specialty treats for that special someone.
